WC Illinois | Thought Joel and others might like to see how our tillage radishes are coming along. Planted the third week of August with our broadcast seeder on the 4 wheeler at about 5lb per acre and then Turbo Tilled. Corn crop did about 120bu enough nitrogen put on for 160bu, hope we catch some of the leftover. Figured we would use corn (out the back of the combine) instead of another grass species...with the way this year has been it will probably end up tasseling before it frosts!
