Subject: 47XX scissor suspension and fixes

Have a 07 4720 with 1750 hrs and after searching posts about the the scissors and wheel wobble think it is time for mine to be replaced. Left front wheel has the most noticeable wobble going down the road and in field. Had a guy ride up by the tank and he said rear wheels wobble just as bad as the front when going down the road. Have not jacked it up yet to see how much slop is in the scissors. Does it get more noticeable when jacked up?? With sprayer on concrete I can wobble wheels maybe an inch and the front left wheel easy an inch. How hard is it to change the pins and bushings myself?? Any tips or secrets or am I better off having dealer do it?? Also read some posts about drilling the center of the pins out to the inner bushing. Anybody end up trying this and how are they holding up?? Will the grease get too the inner bushing or just come out the cotter pin whole?? Has anyone drilled a hole in the cast to add a zerk to the inner bearing??
