Subject: J&M bottom auger replacement

Morris, IL
J&M grain cart bottom auger is about due for replacement. Dealer wants $850 for new one, is there any cheaper alternatives or is J&M it? Can you just re flight it or will it be out of balance or something? Any tips for changing it, thinking of putting pressure with loader and heat it up. Anything else that should be done at same time as this, should gear box be opened up, seals? This is a J&M 750 with at 14" auger. First time changing it, it probably has one million bushels on it. Thanks in advance guys.

And another thing, this cart has never caused a second of down time, anything i should be changing to try and keep it this way?
