I have a couple of small which need to be sprayed again.  Must have got rained on a little too soon the first time.  Some of the plants are starting to bolt.  No flowers yet, but lots of buds and a very few stems.  Will it do any harm to spray now, and if not, what rate is safest?
This is mostly the outside round on 2 different fields, both times I started and then chickened out ahead of a shower, which it did constantly in June.
