Subject: Fair deal to make dry hay for a neighbor?

SE PA
I don't have much hay to make myself other then waterways but last year a neighbor asked me to do 12 acres of dry small square bales. They wanted half to put up for their horses and gave me the other half-we stacked their half in their barn. Worked out good for me as the price of hay was high. Now they just contacted me again but this time they asked if they could keep 2/3's and give me the other third. I'm not paying for any fertilizer. If the price stays high, it's within fairness i suppose. They are nice neighbors but I'm not looking for extra work to do so that's a factor as well. What are others doing in situations like this?
