Tennessee | I'm looking for a hybrid to plant late March on red silt loam land with 200 bu. potential. I've seen good plot data on Pioneer 0912, and would like to know real experience on emergence, plant health, and yield when planted in cooler ground. If anyone has any other hybrids I should look into let me know.
Also, is there a known yield drag between 1184 YHR vs. 1184 HR? I had some 1184 refuge last year that beat N68B 3111 by 25, and beat N77P 3111 by 50. Same field, same nutrition, planted same day. I think the Viptera trait messed up N77P. | |
