Just dumped out the rain gauge again- 12" since Sunday and 6.6" last week from Irene. What we need is a winter hardy rice to plant now as a cover crop! Seriously it's pretty bad in Central PA. Most schools closed today and dozens of roads as well. They are saying the Susquehanna River may come close to the historic high of Hurricane Agnes in 1972.
