For the high C Ill. rents and sales of corn land they can make the numbers work but for the mixed crop farms with wheat,soys and corn how do they figure rent prices? corn -gross easy $1k acre but soys and wheat can easily be under $500 acre gross. And corn may be only in rotation one year out of 3 or 4
