near Mtl, QC
... to be very cautious they may not be winterkilled. I live in Québec (near Montreal) and if snow cover ground before hard freeze, they will not be killed and may block the tiles.

I think I may be better killing them at the end of september with glyphosate, what is the rate to kill them?
