| The EPA has control over the blenders mandate. Support seems to be growing on capital hill to at least take a recess from the 2007 blenders ethanol mandate if this corn crop comes up short. It may not stall production, but it should have some effect on price. I'm a little concerned this crop report may be very bullish on corn. Any thoughts? Its my understanding the EPA can waive the federal mandiate with reason at anytime. | |
