Subject: Can you fix a leaking roof on steel building

ND
We've got a 50x80 all steel building that we had the roof replaced on about 3-4 years ago. The original roof had some damage from a wind storm and one corner was leaking. We had a contractor come out to put on a new roof, but whatever he did didn't work. It seems like the entire roof leaks now and it's getting worse than when he first installed it. for the amount of water I'm assuming it's coming through seams of the roof sheeting and not so much the screw holes. I haven't been on the roof to look it over real good yet, but something has to be done this spring. Is there anything we can do or apply to seal the roof or are we going to have to pull it back up and start over.

We told the contractor right away his work was was a joke and he said he'd come back out and make it right. He never showed up and its our own fault for not taking action on it right away. A few years down the road and we are SOL w/ him, plus there are several other people in the same boat with his work.
