southern Illinois | Thanks to crossroads I got the ez steer back over on the line and all is working good. The only thing I dont like is the vibration when going online. Only thing in troubleshooting I could find was the motor speed so I adjusted it from auto to slow then to med and it may have helped some but still got the shakes like the motor is moving back and forth all the time.
This is an 8000 series. You can put your finger on the end of the motor wheel and it will pretty much end the vibration but holding the steering column does nothing and everything is tight.
I tried free play adjustments but nothing, tried aggressiveness and that just made me wobble on the line, is there something I'm missing or is it just the nature of the beasts.
If I speed up to 9 or 10 it smooths out but around 6, planting speed it seems to be in hiper drive back and forth not moving the tires any just kinda of vibrating but follows the line near perfect.
