Win xp, sometimes when I update my anti virus or for some other reason have to shut down and restart, it gives me the first screen with the vendor logo but never goes into the windows is loading screen, may have to turn off and turn back on dozens of times before it goes. Tried to get into bios but no luck, where should I start looking?
