Ohio | This is a long shot but I think we found a temporary fix for the errors in apex. Put it on a Windows XP computer. It sounds simplistic but it works and so far has been working for us. Both computers we had running Apex are Windows Vista Machines, and the update did not work. Our AMS guy was here tonight and his version of apex works fine on his XP computer. It saves to and unloads cards just fine, along with some other functions working. I installed Apex onto an old laptop with XP and it seems ok. It will at least allow us to save varieties and setup data to cards to get the combines rolling. I hope you guys that are having the same trouble can use this info to get you going at least until Stellar releases a patch for the fix. | |
