| I just purchased a FlowMax 220 to measure how much water I am putting into the sprayer, thinking that there will be a lot of part fills this fungicide season. Looks like I was right so far, little soft. I had hoped to use it for a bunch of full fills to make sure the cal factor was correct but it doesnt look like thats going to happen (unless I use strictly water and just dump it all back out). Coupled it up yesterday and it was a way out on a half fill. Have you guys found that you've had to play with the cal factor a lot to get it accurate or was the stamped number good enough? If you've changed it, whats a good starting point to try?
I read somewhere that it needs to be atleast so many inches from an elbow or pump or restriction or whatever. It is at least 2' from my pump and 4' from my handler so that shouldn't be the issue. | |
