Has anyone ever disclaimed their inheritance in a will when it comes to farmground? It sounds crazy, but the estate taxes can be huge and a person may not want to pay the taxes up front in order to receive the farm ground. If this is done, who would get the land if the will doesn't state a contingent beneficiary? Thanks.
