Subject: Loss of power from C12 engine

I have a cat C12 in an international semi tractor engine number 2ks63882. The engine started to misfire and gradually loosed power. After diagnosing the problem we found on cylinder#2 the camshaft lobe was damaged, the cam follower on the same cylinder was damaged as well, the push rod was not allowing for any rocker adjustment.
We replaced the camshaft, all of the cam followers, the injector for the same cylinder, all injector seales, all gaskets, fuel delivery pump and all seals.
After start up nothing has changed performance wise, the engine still misfires, and there is still the loss of power. There are no codes recorded by the ET.
Would you have any suggestions on what my problem could be?
SPRINT.
