Subject: Neutralizing brake fluid aka paint remover

I restored this old Triumph a few years ago but these English cars are notorious for leaky master cylinders and now my paint is done and I have stripped the firwall again to repaint but need to know that I have all the brake fluid off. What do I use before I paint to remove all residue? I will be useing silicone ( DOT 5 ) brake fluid from now on as I would sooner change fluid more often than repaint.
