Subject: Homemade bean & corn chaffers for combine

I have a neighbor running a 9500 Sidehill that wants to make his own bean & corn screens for his machine. He asked me to make a post here to get some info. I know I've seen posts on here in the past on this subject.

He needs to know the hole size and spacing for these screens. Also wants to know if anyone added dividers on the screen to hold grain from all sliding to downhill side. He had a bean screen years ago when running a NH TR, but never tried one for corn. Would also like to hear any experiences from anyone who has used one in corn as far as capacity. He is willing to suffer some capacity loss, but not a lot.

Thanks-
