Northeastern Pa | Had purchased 500 gallons of their product. It had some severe settling in the bottom of the jugs. Like an inch plus in 2.5 jugs. Dealer and rep knew there was a problem with a certain lot number. Dealer told me rep was handling the problem. Rep basically said we know there is an issue. Too Bad so Sad good bye. I did not expect the world an “ I’m sorry this happened”. “ let’s credit you a small percentage for what was already used “ “here is a gift card for diner”. Anything would have made me happy. So Drexel can take their products and stick them up their Ass!! | |
