Thinking of switching to Nh3 for my side dress n source. I have had terrible firing where we use 28% and casual evidence suggests that the Nh3 applied fields have almost no firing. Is Nh3 better most of the time? Biggest drawback I see is the danger. My fertilizer dealer thinks I may be loosing 20 bushel or more from using 28. Your thoughts appreciated.
