Subject: Cat, Kubota ECM question

ECMS

I have an ECM on a cat mini excavator needs to be replaced. It has a kubota sticker on it. Can that be sourced from Kubota or am I forced to cat. Adding pics. Will have to be programmed by cat regardless.
