I have been cracking corn and putting it in bags for several years now. I like to put it in below 18% because I don't want it to ferment, I'm not doing high moisture corn. I've been giving thought to putting up a bunker instead of bags, but not sure if it will pack and be air tight enough to keep the corn from spoiling. Any thoughts?
