Glasgow, Ky | As a farmer which is your top priority when renting out your land? Putting it up for bids and getting top dollar, renting it to a close friend or friends who have been there for you through thick and thin or renting it to a young farmer who is struggling to make a go of it farming? The latter two are done at a reasonable rate but definitely not for top dollar. If there are other factors what are they? Just interested in getting others perspective on this for those who are contemplating renting their land out.
