| Merry Christmas everyone! I put up a 25k Mfs 6 years ago for 43k new. I did electrical. I am getting quotes from 70k to 77k for sukup and Conrad. Planning on using low interest loan from fsa. Anyone see these coming down more than 5-10 percent in next few years? I expanded farm and need more storage to get crop out timely since I work full time. Finding it hard to wait hoping to see prices come down. Also am worried interest rates climb.
