Getting ready to start construction on our house addition which includes a 3 car garage. Would you suggest adding a floor drain? It will be heated. Also have access to a tile that drains our gutters to a nearby creek. If we added a drain is it a good or bad idea to tie into this? Don’t want it plugging with dirt from vehicles.
