Subject: New Nuclear power plants allowed ~ New Hydrokinetic turbine

central - east central Minnesota -

Our local power co-op sends out a news paper - in it was a blurb that our Mn senate has voted and approved, to removed the 15yr old ban for new nuclear power plants to be built in Mn. Now the house of rep (dumb dumb citiets - oh that wasn't nice, sorry), has to lift the moratorium also . . . . if only, there may be hope - yet. (I'm of the opinion, nuclear is a good source for power)

In the same paper, a Houston Tx company, Hydro Green Energy - has installed a new hydrokinetic turbine downsteam from the city of Hastings Mn hydro dam/powerplant. The turbine is suspended under a barge and cranks out 100 kilowatts. It works off the river current, not water running through dams . . . . Mn has a rule effectivly allowing any produceing source of electric, to hook up to the power grid and be paid. Future investment oppertunity in this company?
