| picking on pioneer here. if you buy the same amount or more of seed as last yr you get 10 percent loyalty discount, that doesnt always work for number of reasons. loyalty is me coming through your door with my checkbook in hand how much i buy is if your seed is worth a crap. so i dont get the discount and $280 a bag another co i can buy a comparable seed for $180 and pay in january. in first trials pioneer isnt the winner every time far from it sometimes the $180 bag company wins. my figgering says pioneer better be 10 bushel better or sayonara. sometimes all it takes is a pause and you get figging if i got the loyalty discount i probably wouldnt gave it a second thought. | |
