| I've had knee pain for a while and I went back to lifting weights which definitely helps (squats still suck btw). Anyway, I hear sebastian gorka advertising relief factor with his heavy accent which leads me to think - this must work! Kidding aside do any of these fruit veggie pills, relief factor, etc really reduce swelling and pain? I'm sure none of these are 100% effective, but has anyone found them more helpful than a vitamin or better diet (ie. less sugar/carbs ) | |
