Greene Cnty, SW-IL | I Have had 2 Reinke pivots for several years. Helical Center Drive recommends SAE 50W (I use 40W, can't find 50W), and Wheel Gearbox recommends SAE 85W-140'.
Just purchase adjoining farm with Valley 8000 series pivot. Valley recommends Valley Gear Lube (can find no other specification) in both Helical Center drive and Wheel Gearbox.
What are the specs of Valley Gear Lube and is there a common oil that would work in all 4 gearboxes or do I continue with the 3 different oil grades? | |
