Went to move planter from storage .   Would raise right side of planter and only raise left side a few inches . Crack open the bleeders on the left side and got some air out , but not really too much .  Tried mutable times with no change . Checked  magnet on coil , seemed strong . Pulled hydraulic cartridge out and cleaned with  2+2 .  Still no change . 
Unlatch wing wheel locks , thought maybe extra oil flow would help . No change . Lowered to latch wheels again , now the rear transport wheels wont move at all . 
Have done a search here on AG-TALK but haven't found the exact same issue . 
If I hold the fold switch ,  wing wheels still try to move . So I am thinking oil is by passing .
Going back out to check the other cartridges for dirt .  Don't remember any issues when parked .
