I'm wanting to put my name on my new to me semi, and I'm wondering if I need a DOT # ??? I have farm plates on the truck, so wont be hauling for anyone else. Might be crossing state line once in a great while since I live near 2 other states. Where do I look for this info?
Also, do the letters have to be a certain size to be legal?
