West Central Indiana
Posting this for a friend.

Dug out a draw/pond and clay capped in October of 2017. Then in April of 2018 it was filled with snow melt/runoff. Within 10 days all the water was completely gone. Once it was drained it was lined with bentonite. Until about April 16th it was about 2/3 full but seems to have a slow leak. This is in Saskatchewan with course soil. What should they do? This is the only water source for a 1600 acre pasture.....
