Brandon, MS | Feeding some cotton seed to a group of 26 pair. Calves average 2 months old.
I had been aiming to feed to cows #4 of cotton seed per day, but the thought occurred to me that the calves are eating some too. How much? I don't know. Asking here to find out.
Cattle also have access to some free choice hay of medium quality.
