Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251 | I had three guys email me this week asking about a bale unroller - I guess it's that time of year!
I hooked mine up and hauled out two bales to move the cows to the last saved stockpiled fescue pasture this morning. It is pretty weedy, but has tons of undergrowth that should buy me a couple weeks until daily feeding begins.
This unroller was made by Stoney Point Machine. I bought it used, but it is the best built one I have been around. The arms slide back and forth on the square tubing, so they stay parallel to the bale sides, unlike the ones with arms that are hinged.
I have wanted to mount a hydraulic motor on the spinner to be able to unroll bales stationary, but haven't gotten to that yet. They are calling for a storm this afternoon, so I am going to go take a nap.....important things first.
