Subject: Kohler engine won't start

I have a kohler engine with 22.5 hrs on it. Last ran 2 months ago. Bought new this year. Cranks fine with electric start. Been stored inside like a baby. Gas at the spark plug but haven't checked spark yet. Always needed choke to start but no help now. Ideas?
