| We farm in western Kentucky and are interested in hiring a migrant worker. I have talked to a farmer here locally that suggested I check into South African labor. I contacted a labor management company we would use here in Kentucky and she gave me a contact in SA, but I’ve received no response. I’ve read on Agtalk where some of you have had success. I would just like to hear from some who have had success and what direction could I go to find a trustworthy agent or recruiter. We considered hiring from Mexico, but feel like the value of not having a language barrier would be high if possible.
