Just purchased an 80 of mixed farmland and timber, want to lease it out just for a week to a couple of bowhunters. We like to hunt ourselves, but a little income to put on the loan is a plus. Ive checked into liability insurance, so I know the cost and details of that. Any one care to share a copy or a few details of their lease aggreement? Any ideas? Thoughts, pros, cons? Thanks
