Beresford, SD | Last 30 days. Got in about 30 minutes ago, "Come on boys, (girls) get up!" Doing the rounds, must be ok.....the sh!t never made it over my mucks. Just making sure no ones in trouble. Maybe get back in the fields Thursday? Chopping is done, combine hasn't turned a wheel. Bin ran dry two weeks ago, thank god dad has 20k of old crop to buy.....feeding 700 bushel per day. Spent the day fencing stalks off for the cows and poured a load of concrete. Got 120 yards ordered for Friday.... Gotta get it done, got calves coming from Montana in 3 weeks. Dudes are getting done, gonna sort a load or two Saturday.......Forecast is good, boy do we need it! The pic of the old boy with a cigarette hanging that said he was 35..(think Crete or clicker?) posted last week).....Truth. Enjoying 1 crown and water while watching Mayans after supper. Suns suppose to shine tomorrow! Yeahaaaa.
