Subject: House insulation

Have a manufactured home, older one with all the downfalls you hear about. Biggest regret is not doing a slab under it, just piers. Have to reside it and need to seal it up better. 2x4 walls with 2" of bats. Skirting is just 2" foam board with room to put another 1". Particle board on exterior walls may be glued on? Can add 1" on the wall and 2" of foam board on the bottom and being wrapped worth the trouble? Thought of expanding foam, and slit each wall cavity, shoot it in, what are the chances of being fireblocks in the walls?

Need to run new water delivery pipes too, are the two pex lines wrapped in foil insulation in 5" tile gonna stand up to being under the crawlspace or does it need to get up above the insulation like it is now?
