north east IN | 55 or 60 acres right across the road from some ground I own sold this week. It was all woods, half of it I remember it getting planted and the trees are 6 to 8 inches in diameter the rest is junk. Part of it is across the road from a housing district around a lake. Sold for $9997 an acre plus selling Commission. Two Amish bought all of it. Good farm ground around here selling for around $7000
