Earlville, NY | We purchased a big parcel this past spring. There turns out to be another strip of about 3 acres next to it that the owner wants to sell as well. He owns it in his own name, the other parcel he co-owned with other family members. Does anyone have any suggestions on a simple way to complete the transaction without the need to involve lawyers and such? Some kind of online forms we could purchase and fill out maybe? The seller lives out of my state. Mainly i want to get the 3 acres because it's a narrow strip between two of my pieces and i want to be able to keep the trees trimmed out of my fields. | |
