Dad bought a Farmall Super C with a loader on it in the sixties at an auction on this farm. 100 acres all workable but the buildings, stone house and old hip roof barn. They listed at 2.7 million and herd it sold north of 3 m. I punched the numbers into a mortgage calculator and over 20 years you would have to find $4500.00 every morning when you got out bed. Saturdays and Sundays also to make the payments.
Wow is all I can say
