| Due to a glitch in communications with the end user I deliver beans to I didn't haul all my beans to them as I usually do. I hauled only the bushels I had contracts for.
So, in the making lemonade from lemons I'm going to keep the remainder of the beans in the bin for another year. It's looking like a short crop here in NW Iowa and I will have the room.
Ever make a decision and that feeling comes over you like, " there, that's done and I'm happy with it" ? My 2017 crop price average is over $10 so far, given some time I may be able to maintain it.
Or I'll be really singing the blues a year from now. "Man, I could have sold them for $7.65."
Yeah, don't think that will happen. Or will it ?
Now that corn however.
