There is work currently going on with developing Standards related to GPS and auto-guidance. Led by ASABE's (American Society of Agricultural & Biological Engineers) PM-54 comittee, two Standards projects were under development:
X587: Assessment and Reporting of GPS Receiver Dynamic Accuracy
X605: GPS Based Auto-Guidance Systems Testing

However, it is my understanding that these two Standards projects are now being merged into the ISO 12188 standard, with ASABE serving as the lead developer:
