SC Iowa | Ken Sullivan, the Smithfield CEO, was on the Bloomberg Asia TV show last night
interesting interview and had two key takeaways:
1) They sell anywhere in the world where margins are best (kind of reminded me of the Cargill philosophy)
2) A lot of product going to China is the parts of the hog not highly valued in US (snouts, hocks, etc)
