Subject: What would one?

get into going through a JD powershift tranny both headache wise and cost? I've been eyeing one that supposedly has a clutch pack going bad and wondered if anyone has experiences to share.
Gotta run to ONE LAST Christmas party yeehaa for the year so thanks in advance.
