Subject: JD 7000 liquid fertilizer

Southeast SD
Looking for some options and opinions. We have a JD 7000 16 row 30" planter with liquid fertilizer. We're going to do some re-working of it this winter and have wondered if there's a better system for the liquid fertilizer. Right now we have 2 squeeze pumps, one on each side each feeding 8 rows. These are each ran through Wilger flow indicators and then from that to each row and fertilizer is fed through our Keaton seed firmers. Is there a better way? Seems the squeeze pumps work ok but are seeing some age and wear on them and seems like a lot of hoses and lines running all over.

Thanks in advance!

Chris
