My father recounts years ago at weaning time, a story about when my Grandpa, his FIL was over for

a Sunday dinner one fall day.  The house was close to the cattle yard, and the calves were bawling like

they usually do.  Grandpa said, " Don't you ever feed those calves ?"

Does anyone else have a story like that ?
