M11 in a 95 Freightliner has to be cranked for several seconds (10-12) after it has been off for a while. When it is started after being off for only a short period it starts quickly, about 2 to 3 seconds. The latter is how it use to start. Any thoughts? Nothing has been done to the fuel system except filter change for its yearly.
